Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Experience cooking for large groups including menu planning, ordering, cooking and serving.
• Ability to manage a team and deliver training and guidance.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety guidelines and COSHH procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of school kitchens from planning to delivery.
• Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment used.
• Lead and train kitchen staff.
