Job summary

Trafford Council is recruiting a Mobile Cook 1 to cover various locations within our schools. The role is term-time and part-time with training provided; you will join a friendly team and help deliver nutritious meals to pupils.

The appointment is paid pro rata with salary bands from £8,825 (part-time) up to £24,796 (full-time). DBS disclosure will be required and we support safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults.

Qualifications

• Experience not essential; full training provided.
• Commitment to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.
• Willingness to support community meals.

Responsibilities

• Cover various locations as a Mobile Cook 1.
• Prepare meals and ensure safety and hygiene.
• Support school staff with nutritious meals.
