Job summary

Caterlink Ltd is seeking a Relief Chef/Catering Manager to cover Wiltshire sites. It is term-time only, 30 hours per week, with no weekends, and requires you to have your own transport as it is a mobile role.

Responsibilities include preparing, cooking and presenting food to Caterlink and client standards, ensuring Health and Safety compliance, managing inventories, budgets, and supporting site teams to deliver excellent food and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering roles in schools or contract catering is preferred.
• Ability to work term-time and flexible schedule.
• Clean driving licence and own transport required.

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
• Ensure locations meet Health & Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation.
• Support day-to-day running of locations, supervise teams and manage inventories and budgets.
