Caterlink is seeking a Relief Mobile Chef/Catering Manager to cover sites in Winchester, Basingstoke and Alton. The role is term-time only with no weekends, offering flexibility and mobility with the need for your own transport.

You will prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards, ensure Health and Safety, manage inventories and budgets, supervise teams, and support day-to-day running of locations. This role suits someone seeking school-term hours with career variety.

Formación

• Food preparation and presentation to caterer/client standards.
• Knowledge of health and safety and food safety regulations.

Responsabilidades

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure that our locations meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations and procedures
• To ensure that the company's reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded
• To support with the day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
