Job summary

Caterlink is recruiting a Relief Chef/Catering Manager to provide cover for site-based teams in Wiltshire. The role is mobile, term-time only with no weekends, requiring you to have your own transport.

You will prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards, ensure health and safety, maintain food safety, monitor inventories and budgets, and support daily location operations. The position pays £18.00 per hour, 30 hours per week across 38 weeks per year, with access to wellbeing

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure that our locations meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations and procedures
• To ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded
• To support with the day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
