Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a ReliefChef/Catering Manager to provide cover in Hampshire. The role is term-time only with no weekends and involves mobile responsibilities requiring your own transport. The position offers up to £27,000 per year and 40 hours weekly, for 38 weeks per year.

Key duties include preparing and presenting food to standards, ensuring Health and Safety and Food Safety compliance, and assisting with daily site operations, inventory, and budgets to support site teams.

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure locations meet Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations and procedures
• To ensure the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers
• To support day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams including inventories, budgets and action plans
