Job summary

Caterlink is recruiting a ReliefChef/Catering Manager to provide mobile cover across Hampshire. The role is term-time only, with 38 weeks per year and 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will prepare, cook and present meals to Caterlink and client standards, ensure health and safety compliance, support location operations and supervise teams, with some travel and own transport required. Qualifications

• Relief Chef/Catering Manager with responsibility for cooking to standards.
• Ability to supervise site teams and manage inventories.
• Willingness to travel across Hampshire with own transport.

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client.
• To ensure locations meet Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations.
• To support day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams including budgets.
• To enhance Caterlink's reputation through excellent food and service.
