Job summary

Portico is seeking a Mobile Receptionist (Welcome Host) to join our team across West London, Central London and the Regions. This 0 Hour contract offers shifts from Monday to Friday with a rate of £13.80 per hour, requiring a confident, friendly and adaptable communicator who can engage with guests and colleagues throughout the day.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, a can-do attitude and the ability to connect with people at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end customer service is essential, preferably in hospitality or corporate environments.
• Able to communicate clearly in person, over the phone and via email.
• Flexible to perform duties across multiple ground floor reception desks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, build rapport and deliver impeccable service at reception.
• Support colleagues and cover multiple reception desks as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks and inquiries to ensure smooth operations.

Portico are adding to our mobile team of Receptionists who help to satisfy Portico’s daily staffing needs across the portfolio of one of our largest clients. We are on the lookout for an empowered, organised, and flexible Mobile Receptionist (Welcome Host) for the team.

Location: West London, Central London and the Regions
Shift pattern: 0 Hour contract with shifts available from Monday – Friday,
Salary: £13.80 per hour

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a "can do" attitude and a big, friendly smile. Applicants must be able to communicate clearly and confidently in person, over the phone and via email.
Adaptability and flexibility are essential as you will need to perform a plethora of duties across multiple ground floor reception desks. Your ability to engage with people on all levels to build rapport and empathy is a must have skill.

High end customer service experience is essential, preferably within a hotel, airlines, retail, or corporate environment.

A valid SIA licence is highly desirable.
