Job summary

Portico is seeking a friendly Mobile Receptionist (Welcome Host) to join our team across West London, Central London and the Regions. You will help satisfy daily staffing needs with an empowering, flexible approach and deliver impeccable service at multiple ground floor desks.

This 0-hour contract offers shifts Monday to Friday with a pay rate of £13.80 per hour, plus holiday allowance, pension contributions and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have a can-do attitude and a big, friendly smile.
• Applicants must be able to communicate clearly and confidently in person, over the phone and via email.
• Adaptability and flexibility are essential as you will need to perform a plethora of duties across multiple ground floor reception desks.
• High end customer service experience is essential, preferably within a hotel, airlines, retail, or corporate environment.
• A valid SIA licence is highly desirable.

Portico are adding to our mobile team of Receptionists who help to satisfy Portico's daily staffing needs across the portfolio of one of our largest clients. We are on the lookout for an empowered, organised, and flexible Mobile Receptionist (Welcome Host) for the team.

Location: West London, Central London and the Regions
Shift pattern: 0 Hour contract with shifts available from Monday - Friday,
Salary: £13.80 per hour

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a "can do" attitude and a big, friendly smile. Applicants must be able to communicate clearly and confidently in person, over the phone and via email.
Adaptability and flexibility are essential as you will need to perform a plethora of duties across multiple ground floor reception desks. Your ability to engage with people on all levels to build rapport and empathy is a must have skill.

High end customer service experience is essential, preferably within a hotel, airlines, retail, or corporate environment.

A valid SIA licence is highly desirable.
