Job summary

Onecom Ltd. is seeking a Mobile Proposition Manager to join the Onecom Partners Commercial team in Gloucestershire. You will own the mobile proposition, analyze performance, drive tariff changes and manage migrations, while collaborating with Sales, Finance and Development to deliver value to Partners.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships, support the OneHub portal, and ensure commercial requirements are clearly understood and implemented across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead key areas of the mobile proposition and perform detailed impact analysis.
• Oversee Redbill reporting and monthly overlay analysis with credit approvals.
• Manage end-to-end tariff changes with Product Tariff Guides and Deal Calculators.
• Own the mobile migration process from start to finish.
• Liaise between Development and Mobile Operations to ensure requirements are delivered.
• Demonstrate and develop OneHub for Partners.
• Collaborate with Sales on deal stacking and assess commercial implications.
• Carry out margin impact analysis across product areas.
• Use data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Review processes and propose smarter ways of working across Partner Commercial.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Billing, Development and suppliers.
