The Role

As Propositions Manager, you’ll take ownership of creating and launching customer-focused propositions that drive growth, retention, and competitive edge. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams—ensuring every proposition is sharp, scalable, and commercially sound.

About You

• Existing experience in telecoms or technology, ideally within proposition development, product marketing, or commercial strategy.
• Commercially savvy, confident managing multiple stakeholders, and love turning insight into impact.
• A solid understanding of connectivity, UC, mobile, cloud, or managed network services.
• Proven experience taking propositions from concept through to commercial success.
