Qualifications

• Experience working with children with SEN and/or SEMH needs.
• Primary teaching or tutoring experience is desirable.
• Patient, adaptable and confident working one-to-one.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle — essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, personalised 1:1 tuition to primary-aged pupils.
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
• Travel to the pupil's home or a community setting such as a library.
• Adapt sessions to meet individual needs and abilities.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils.
• Liaise with schools, parents/carers and relevant professionals as required.
