Job summary

360 Recruitment, on behalf of a well-established building services provider, seeks an experienced Mobile Plumber to cover commercial sites across London. The role offers a company vehicle and a stable, long-term position with no shift work.

You will perform PPM, reactive repairs and installations, while maintaining paperwork and delivering excellent customer service on site.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
• Experience in commercial maintenance and installation work.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial plumbing systems.
• Reactive plumbing repairs and fault finding.
• Installation of pipework, sanitaryware and related systems.
• General plumbing maintenance across commercial properties.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently.
• Completing job reports and paperwork accurately.
• Delivering a high standard of customer service on client sites.

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial building services and facilities maintenance company for an experienced Mobile Plumber to join their growing team.

This is a Monday to Friday role covering commercial sites across London, carrying out a mixture of planned maintenance, reactive repairs and installation work. A company vehicle is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for a skilled plumber looking for a stable, long-term position with no shift work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial plumbing systems.
• Reactive plumbing repairs and fault finding.
• Installation of pipework, sanitaryware and associated plumbing systems.
• General plumbing maintenance across a variety of commercial properties.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently.
• Completing job reports and paperwork accurately.
• Delivering a high standard of customer service while working on client sites

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within commercial maintenance.
• Experience carrying out both maintenance and installation work.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
