Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Plumber to join a well-established FM service provider in London. The candidate will be a qualified plumber with a track record in commercial/property maintenance, covering a large site.

Mon-Fri, 08:00–17:00, temp-to-perm, £29 per hour umbrella, immediate start. You will carry out water hygiene checks, pipework work and minor installations, while providing strong customer service and reliability.

Qualifications

• Plumbing qualification Level 2 minimum.
• Experience in commercial/property maintenance required.
• Excellent customer service skills essential.
• Willing to cover a large site and be reliable.

Responsibilities

• Repair toilets and sinks.
• Unblock toilets.
• Water hygiene maintenance and inspections.
• Pipework inspections and repairs.
• Minor installation works.
• Carpentry work (where required).
• Maintenance of pumps, expansion vessels, PRVs and TMVs.
• Escort specialist subcontractors on site.
• Planned and reactive works.
• Water treatment checks; avoid dosing.

Hours/Details:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00am to 17:00pm
• Temp to perm contract
• £29 per hour (umbrella)
• Immediatestart

Duties and responsibilities:

• Repairing Toilets and Sinks
• Unblocking Toilets
• Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections
• Pipework inspections and repairs
• Minor installation works
• Carpentry work
• Minor fixing
• Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs
• Flexible in helping other trades on site
• Planned and reactive works
• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
• General building fabric
• Escort specialist subcontractors

Requirements:

• Plumbing qualified level 2 minimum
• A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
• Installation experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Happy to cover a large site
• Honest, hard-working and reliable
