Skilled Careers are recruiting an experienced Mobile Plumber to join a well-established FM team, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across London and the Home Counties. The role offers a permanent, Monday to Friday position with a salary of £43,000 - £45,000 plus package.

You'll carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance and basic mechanical plant duties on domestic hot/cold water systems, toilets, taps and pumps across multiple sites, liaising with clients and site teams and

Qualifications

• Strong commercial plumbing experience in FM environments.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in plumbing preferred.
• G3 qualification is a bonus for the role.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
• Fault finding and repairs
• Domestic hot and cold-water systems
• Toilets, taps, valves, sanitaryware and associated plumbing
• Blockages and minor leaks
• Pumps and basic mechanical plant
• Minor mechanical repairs and maintenance
• General PPM and reactive works
• Liaising with clients and site teams
• Completing maintenance records and job reports

Skills

Strong commercial plumbing experience

Independent across multiple sites

Full UK driving licence

Customer service skills

Education

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Plumber to join a well-established FM team, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across London and the Home Counties.

The Role

You'll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, alongside basic mechanical plant duties across a range of commercial properties.

• Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
• Fault finding and repairs
• Domestic hot and cold-water systems
• Toilets, taps, valves, sanitaryware and associated plumbing
• Blockages and minor leaks
• Pumps and basic mechanical plant
• Minor mechanical repairs and maintenance

• Completing maintenance records and job reports

The Person

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong commercial plumbing experience
• Experience working within an FM environment
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites
• Full UK driving licence
• A professional approach and good customer service skills
• NVQ Level 2/3 in plumbing
• G3 Qualification would be beneficial

£43,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
