• A full UK driving licence is required for this role.

Here at the Mick George Group, we are hiring a Mobile Plant Fitter.

Role Overview:

Responsible for the site and roadside attendance of tyre removal, fitting, and repair on our extensive fleet of HGV’s, cars, vans, and plant vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• To attend breakdowns, inspect and complete defects to vehicles as arranged by the tyre management team.
• To ensure company fitting procedure is always followed.
• Roadside assistance for any breakdowns that may occur.
• Daily digital fleet inspections.
• Effective stock control.
• To complete digital worksheets on time and correctly.
• Maintaining and operating a company-issued van.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience in a similar role working in a busy fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with HGV’s.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Flexible around working hours.
• Knowledge of plant tyres (Desirable).
