We are seeking experienced Plant Fitters to work on heavy plant equipment in the Aylesbury area.

The Role:

The Plant Fitter is responsible for servicing and maintaining equipment within the construction industry.

Working as part of the Plant department operations team, you will provide full operational support across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Service & Maintenance: Complete servicing and maintenance for mechanical and non-mechanical plant and specialist equipment, following manufacturer guidelines and company procedures.
2. Documentation: Record work details in the system, including hours and parts used, and save updated certificates on the shared drive.
3. Work Tracking: Document completed work on system-generated service checklists and submit for scanning.
4. Parts Management: Request parts for workshop jobs via the system's workshop module.
5. Equipment Disposal: Identify equipment for disposal and notify management.

We are working with various clients across the UK who are currently hiring Plant Fitters on a permanent basis. Candidates can be based in the yard or mobile, and we welcome both skilled and semi-skilled applicants.
