Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to travel across Central London providing maintenance on mechanical systems. You will drive a company van, on-site with AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors, diagnosing faults to keep buildings running smoothly.

The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with the company van and fuel card provided for travel across sites in London.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Solid experience in a similar commercial maintenance role.
• Full UK Driving Licence and confidence navigating London.

Responsibilities

• Out and about in company van, performing planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Hands-on with AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors and general plumbing.
• Diagnose faults and ensure client buildings run smoothly.
• Standard Monday to Friday week – weekends off.

• You’ll be out and about in your company van, tackling planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Getting hands-on with AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and general plumbing.
• Being a problem-solver, diagnosing faults and getting our clients' buildings running smoothly.
• Working a standard Monday to Friday week - enjoy your weekends!

What You’ll Bring:

• A formal qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Solid experience in a similar commercial maintenance role.
• A full UK Driving Licence and confidence navigating London.
