Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance skills with practical approach.
• Full driving licence and access to your own transport; role involves travel across Canterbury, Dover and Folkestone.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.
• Role is subject to DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance including decorating, basic carpentry, flooring, plumbing, door and window repairs and changing light bulbs.
• Respond to maintenance issues and ensure repairs are prioritised and completed within reasonable timescales.
• Help keep properties clean, tidy and safe, reporting issues such as waste, fly-tipping, pest control and other concerns.
• Liaise with specialist contractors when required.
• Complete planned and cyclical maintenance, including refurbishing and redecorating rooms when needed.
