Job summary

LiveWest seeks a Mobile Multi Skilled Technician to deliver maintenance and repairs across our housing portfolio. Based within 30 minutes of Penzance, you will perform carpentry, plumbing, masonry and tiling tasks with autonomy and a customer-focused approach.

You’ll use mobile devices for job updates, comply with safety policies, and strive for first-time fixes. A recognised trade apprenticeship and a UK driving licence are essential for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in a core trade (carpentry preferred).
• Post-qualification experience diagnosing and repairing basic building faults.
• Proficient with mobile devices for job management and updates.
• Solid understanding of Health and Safety procedures.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Desirable: Asbestos HSG210 awareness and experience with unvented systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality fault fixing and maintenance services across multiple sites.
• Diagnose and repair basic building faults in line with standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies, including fleet safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent LiveWest in customers' homes.
• Aim for first-time fixes to boost customer satisfaction.
• Use mobile technology to manage job orders and updates.
• Work across carpentry, plumbing, masonry and tiling trades.
• Support responsive repairs and maintenance across LiveWest properties.
