Job summary

Strong Recruitment Group Limited is recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Plumbing Engineer to cover a portfolio of commercial sites across London. You will perform planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, fault-find and repair water systems, and support water hygiene duties.

The role requires a City & Guilds/NVQ plumbing qualification, a valid UK driving licence, and at least 3 years of commercial building services experience.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds / NVQ Plumbing qualification or equivalent.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Minimum 3 years’ commercial building services maintenance experience.
• Strong commercial plumbing and fault-finding experience.
• Experience with pumps, booster sets and pressurisation units.
• Water Hygiene / Legionella awareness.
• Experience using CAFM or mobile workforce systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive plumbing maintenance.
• Fault-find and repair commercial hot and cold water systems.
• Maintain pumps, booster sets, pressurisation units, expansion vessels and TMVs.
• Carry out water hygiene duties, including temperature checks and flushing.
• Complete minor plumbing installations and remedial works.
• Complete job reports and update works using CAFM systems.
• Work safely in accordance with RAMS and Permit to Work procedures.
• Participate in an emergency call-out rota when required.

Location: London – Mobile
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Hours per week: 40 hours
Rate: £21.50PH
