Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Van Mobile M&E Engineer to perform planned and reactive maintenance on commercial sites in London. The role offers a salary of up to £46,000–£48,000 with potential progression.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Benefits include a van with fuel card, tablet and work phone, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, full uniform, and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have City & Guilds Level 2/3 electrical qualification.
• City & Guilds Level 2 mechanical qualification.
• Certified to 18th Edition standards.
• Demonstrated multi-skilling across building services.

Responsibilities

• Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial buildings.
• Fault finding and adjustments of electrical/ mechanical systems.
• Maintain log books and report faults to site management.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and client liaison.

Van Mobile M&E Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Buildings – London – £48,000 + Package

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Van mobile maintenance engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance on a commercial contract with key sites in London.

The successful candidate will have an understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.This position would be ideal for a Mobile Engineer currently in a similar position.In return, the company are offering a salary of up to £46,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis within service level agreements.
• Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, check and inspect electrical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification
• Maintain and update Log books
• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
• Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
• Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
• Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
• Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
• Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.
