Job summary

• Ensure compliance with health and safety and site procedures.
• Complete maintenance reports and service records.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a portfolio of commercial properties.
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests and diagnosing faults across building services systems.
• Undertaking general electrical, mechanical, and building fabric maintenance where required.
• Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations and site procedures.
• Completing maintenance reports, service records, and relevant documentation.
• Building positive relationships with clients and site teams while delivering a high standard of service.
• Managing daily workloads and working independently across multiple sites.

Requirements

• Electrical or Mechanical qualification, such as City & Guilds, NVQ, or a recognised apprenticeship.
• Previous experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong technical knowledge, fault-finding ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently, organise workloads, and communicate professionally with clients.

Salary & Package

• £45,000 – £50,000 per annum.
