ERP Limited is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover a portfolio of commercial buildings across Central London. This foot-mobile role offers a £52,000 basic salary with all London travel paid, plus 22 days leave, pension, and a company phone.

You will perform both planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites with clear opportunities for progression. The role involves PPM, fault finding, and both mechanical and electrical maintenance on AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors, plus

• Commercial building maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
