Job summary
Arcus FM Limited is seeking experienced M&E Engineers to support rapid expansion of facilities management services across England and Scotland. The role involves travel to multiple sites for PPM activities, water hygiene checks, and monthly flash testing, plus reactive M&E tasks including basic electrical work and fault-finding on BMS/HVAC systems.

Qualifications
- Essential: C&G 2382/BS 7671: 18th edition, NVQ or equivalent in a mechanical or electrical trade, full UK driving licence, FM/maintenance experience.
- Essential: strong communication and work ethic, health & safety awareness, willingness to learn, flexible working.
- Desirable: HVAC knowledge, electrical testing qualifications, site safety cards, Legionella awareness.
Responsibilities
- Out on site travelling to locations for planned maintenance (PPM) including water hygiene checks and monthly lighting tests; reactive M&E tasks and fault-finding on BMS/HVAC.
- Deliver planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work autonomously and carry out related mechanical tasks as needed.
