Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to join our mobile team in London, covering a dedicated region. You will deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of clients, taking ownership of PPM and repairs on site.

Essential: 18th Edition or HVAC experience, hands-on M&E skills, strong communication and health and safety awareness. The role offers a company van, 25 days leave, and an annual bonus, with rotating shifts and on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Essential: 18th Edition or HVAC experience.
• Hands-on experience in an M&E or multi-skilled engineering role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Health & Safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Emergency lighting & lamp changes.
• Electrical & fire alarm testing.
• Fault finding and repairs (mechanical and electrical).
• Minor plumbing and fabric maintenance.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
