Job summary

Arcus FM Limited. is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to perform planned and reactive maintenance across a Hampshire portfolio.

You will diagnose faults in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment, ensure H&S compliance, and provide technical support across multiple sites with on-call duties. The role includes travel between client sites, a company van from day 1, and access to ongoing training at the National Training Centre.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenance.
• Essential Qualifications: 18th Edition.
• Desirable: F-Gas, Test & Inspection, Unvented.
• Previous experience in a similar role (retail or commercial preferred).
• Valid UK driving licence (essential).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• IT proficiency and workload management capability.

Responsibilities

• Performing planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Providing technical support and expertise across multiple sites.
• Liaising with customers to deliver outstanding service.
• Supporting and mentoring apprentices and junior engineers.
