Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking a skilled M&E Engineer to perform planned and reactive maintenance across a defined portfolio in the South London area. The role involves travel between client sites, responding to faults, and ensuring safety compliance.

You’ll need a recognised M&E apprenticeship or qualification and the 18th Edition, with UK driving licence. The company offers a van, bonus potential, generous leave, and ongoing training through the National Training Centre.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenance.
• Essential Qualifications: 18th Edition.
• Desirable Qualifications: F-Gas, Test & Inspection, Unvented.
• Valid UK driving licence (essential).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• IT proficiency and workload management.

Responsibilities

• Performing planned and reactive maintenance on M&E systems.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults in electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Providing technical support across multiple sites.
• Liaising with customers to deliver outstanding service.
• Mentoring apprentices and junior engineers.
