Job summary

LiveWest is hiring a Lead Technician to lead a mobile team of Multi Skilled Technicians and Roofers in the Redruth area. You will oversee installation, repairs and refurbishment while ensuring safety and quality throughout every job.

A proactive leader, you will mentor staff and work with partners to deliver high-standard housing services. The role emphasizes technical guidance, excellent customer service, and a commitment to a one-team approach across maintenance operations.

Qualifications

Apprenticeship or core trade qualification or equivalent experience.
Health and safety training: CITB SSSTS, IOSH or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Health and safety: promote welfare and compliance within the team.
Team leadership: act as point of contact and provide technical support.
Customer service: resolve complaints and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
Quality control: conduct inspections to ensure high standards.
Fleet management: audit vehicles for safe, proper use.
Business support: assist cross-team problem solving and collaboration.
