Job summary

LiveWest seeks a Multi Skilled Technician for its Internal Maintenance Service. This mobile role covers repairs across LiveWest properties, focusing on carpentry, plumbing, masonry and tiling to deliver safe, well‑maintained homes and first‑time fixes where possible.

You will diagnose faults, use mobile devices for job management, and uphold Health & Safety standards while delivering excellent customer service in customers' homes. A UK driving licence is essential, and DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• recognised apprenticeship or qualification in a core trade.
• post‑qualification experience and ability to diagnose basic building faults.
• proficiency in using mobile devices for job management.
• good understanding of Health and Safety procedures.
• customer‑focused mindset with strong communication and organisational skills.
• full UK manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fault fixing and maintenance services across multiple sites.
• Diagnose and repair basic building faults.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies, including fleet safety.
• Provide excellent customer service as LiveWest ambassador in customers' homes.
• Work towards first‑time fixes to enhance satisfaction.
• Use mobile tech to manage job orders and updates.
