Job summary

LiveWest is seeking a Multi Skilled Technician to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance across mobile sites. You will perform carpentry, plumbing, masonry and tiling tasks, diagnose faults, and use mobile tools to manage work orders while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• A recognised apprenticeship or qualification in a core trade.
• Post-qualification experience and ability to diagnose and repair basic building faults.
• Proficiency in using mobile devices for job management.
• Good understanding of Health and Safety procedures.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Full UK manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality fault fixing and maintenance across multiple sites.
• Diagnose and repair basic building faults to service standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and fleet safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent LiveWest in customers' homes.
• Aim for first-time fixes to improve customer satisfaction.
• Use mobile technology to manage job orders and updates.
