Job summary

LiveWest is seeking a Multi Skilled Technician for a mobile, full-time role based within 30 minutes of Penzance. You’ll carry out repairs across carpentry, plumbing, masonry and tiling, maintaining high safety and customer service standards.

You’ll work across LiveWest properties, use mobile job management, and pursue first-time fixes while supporting the wider maintenance team. Applicants should have a recognised apprenticeship in a core trade and a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or trade qualification is required.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing basic building faults.
• Proficiency using mobile devices for job management.
• Strong understanding of Health and Safety procedures.
• Customer-focused mindset with good communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality fault fixing and maintenance services across multiple sites.
• Diagnose and repair basic building faults in line with standards.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies, including fleet safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as a LiveWest ambassador in customers’ homes.
• Work towards achieving first-time fixes to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Use mobile technology to manage job orders and updates.
• Carry out work across carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and tiling.
• Support the delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance across LiveWest properties.
