Job summary

Hydraquip Hose & Hydraulics is seeking a mobile service technician to attend customer sites, replace hydraulic hoses and components, diagnose faults, and complete repairs with safety and efficiency. The role emphasises independent work and high-quality customer service.

Applicants should have hose replacement experience, a full UK driving licence, and strong customer-facing confidence. On-call rota exposure and on-site visits are a core part of the job at Hydraquip.

Qualifications

• Experience in hose replacement, plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Confidence dealing directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Attending customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently.
• Working independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Updating jobs and reports via the company mobile app.
• Building relationships with new and existing customers.

Essential Experience

What we’re looking for

• Mobile or on‑call engineering experience
• Commercial awareness or customer development experience

This role includes participation in an on‑call rota, typically one week in every four.
