Job summary

Hydraquip Ltd is the UK's largest independent Hose & Hydraulics company. You will attend customer sites to replace hoses and components, diagnose faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently.

Working independently with a strong focus on customer service, you will update jobs via our mobile app and build lasting relationships with customers while contributing to ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in hose replacement, plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Confident dealing directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Attending customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently.
• Working independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Updating jobs and reports via the company mobile app.

What we’re looking for

Essential experience

• Experience in hose replacement, plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Confidence dealing directly with customers

Desirable experience

• Mobile or on‑call engineering experience
• Commercial awareness or customer development experience

This role includes participation in an on‑call rota, typically one week in every four.
