Pixel Toys in Leamington Spa is seeking a Graphics Programmer to shape the visuals of our multi-platform mobile titles. You will design, implement and optimise shader pipelines, work with C# or C++, and collaborate with artists and engineers to balance quality and performance.

The role emphasizes mobile performance, Vulkan/Metal, SRPs, and a pragmatic approach to cross-platform graphics, profiling on-device, and delivering polished visuals across devices.

Qualifications

• Professional programming experience in C# or C++
• Shader development with HLSL/GLSL/CG, preferably with PBR workflows
• Experience with Unity Scriptable Render Pipelines (SRPs) and render passes
• On-device mobile graphics profiling and optimisation for Android/iOS hardware
• Familiarity with Vulkan and Metal APIs
• Strong 3D math and asset optimisation skills
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Establish graphics quality and performance across multi-platform mobile titles
• Architect, prototype, and implement graphics systems for visual polish and efficiency
• Write and maintain shaders and graphics features considering memory usage and thermal limits
