LAH Property Marketing is seeking a warm, professional Senior Cover Receptionist to deliver front-of-house across commercial offices in Manchester, with occasional travel to Leeds and Liverpool. You will cover planned absences and urgent reception requirements, ensuring tenants, visitors and contractors receive a welcoming, well-organised service.

The role offers guaranteed monthly income with flexible, mobile assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, hospitality, hotels, corporate services or similar customer-facing environments.
• Professional communication and a welcoming manner.
• Proactive, organised approach.
• Confidence using email and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and professional welcome for tenants, visitors and contractors.
• Manage reception activity including visitors, deliveries and couriers.
• Learn each building's procedures and maintain a polished, organised reception.
• Carry out routine visual checks and report issues through the correct process.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, colleagues and service partners.
• Keep the Cover Department informed about assignments and issues.
• Provide clear handovers and support building communications where required.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, conduct, reliability and punctuality.
• Follow site procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Represent LAH positively and deliver consistent standards across buildings.
• Settle confidently into different reception environments.
• Prioritise tasks and use initiative appropriately.
• Recognise when to resolve issues or seek support.
