Job summary

LAH Property Marketing is seeking a Front of House Receptionist for a premium commercial building in Leeds. You will be the face of the building, welcoming tenants and visitors, maintaining a polished reception, and supporting communications and occupier engagement as required.

The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, 8.00am–5.00pm, with a focus on high standards, reliability and professional presentation. Prior front-of-house or hospitality experience is welcome, but capability and attitude are

Qualifications

• Professional presentation and communication skills.
• Calm, proactive and organised approach.
• Ability to work independently on site.
• Proficiency with email, basic reporting tools and Microsoft applications.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Willingness to support occupier engagement and newsletters.

Responsibilities

• Providing a warm and professional welcome for tenants, visitors and contractors.
• Managing busy periods confidently and courteously.
• Supporting reception operations including visitors, deliveries and couriers.
• Preparing refreshments for guests when required.
• Directing minor building queries to the right parties.
• Maintaining an organised, presentable reception environment.
• Supporting occupier experience initiatives and value-added services.
• Carrying out routine visual checks and reporting issues.
