Job summary

Rapport Guest Services is recruiting a Corporate Mobile Receptionist to cover front‑of‑house across a portfolio of prestigious client locations in London and surrounding areas. You will travel between sites, delivering welcoming hospitality and first‑class guest experiences.

Working 40 hours per week on a full‑time, permanent contract, you’ll join a supportive Network Team with comprehensive training, clear shift patterns, and opportunities for overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• One year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word/Excel) and good written/spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional front-of-house service across a variety of client sites within the Rapport portfolio, including reception, concierge, lobby hosting and hospitality.
• Create a warm and welcoming experience, responding to guest enquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service.
• Work closely with colleagues, internal teams and external service partners to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Adapt confidently to different working environments, responsibilities and service expectations across client sites.
• Demonstrate flexibility with shift patterns and locations, supporting the wider team wherever needed.
