Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Corporate Mobile Receptionist to join the Network Team in Birmingham. The role covers reception, concierge and helpdesk services across client locations, with full training provided before site assignments.

You will cover shifts on weekdays with possible overtime; travel across Birmingham, Manchester and Bristol may be required. The employer emphasizes inclusion, development, and awards for outstanding colleagues.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment such as a five-star hotel, corporate setting or luxury venue.
• Demonstrates genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and service.
• Confident communication with excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong digital skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and similar software tools.

Responsabilités

• Deliver flexible front-of-house support across the Rapport portfolio, covering reception, concierge, lobby hosting and helpdesk services.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries to ensure every interaction is smooth, efficient and positive.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls with confidence and consistently high service standards.
• Work collaboratively with teams and partners to provide a seamless, high-quality guest journey.
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities including changes to shifts, duties or work locations.
