Anabas Welcome is seeking a Mobile Receptionist to cover ground-floor multi-tenanted receptions in the Marylebone area of London, delivering a premium guest experience.

You will greet visitors, manage passes, coordinate meeting rooms, and support security procedures while working as part of the Front of House Elite Team.

The role is Monday–Friday, 45 hours per week, with a salary of £34,725.24 per year, plus benefits including life Insurance, EAP, and Aviva Digital GP.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a receptionist in a corporate or high-end setting.
• Strong customer service principles and professional presentation.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Act as a Guest Experience Maker with high-quality hospitality.
• Provide a 5-star meet and greet service for all guests.
• Manage visitor security procedures and passes.
• Handle meeting room bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
• Conduct site walkarounds and report maintenance issues.
• Organise courier bookings, parcel handling, and internal post.
