Sodexo is seeking a Mobile Food Service Assistant to support our school catering teams across Warwick and Rugby. You will travel between sites, assist with food preparation and service, and help maintain high standards in busy service periods.
This term-time role is paid through equated pay, with 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10:00am-2:00pm, and a £13.20 per hour rate. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Location: Covering Sodexo schools across Warwick and occasionally Rugby
Pay: £13.20 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, 10:00am-2:00pm
Contract: Term Time Only / Equated Pay
As this is a mobile role, all business travel expenses are reimbursed. Mileage is paid at 45p per mile for the first 10,000 business miles and 25p per mile thereafter.
You’ll also be eligible for a £500 retention bonus, with £200 paid upon successful completion of your 12-week probation and a further £300 after completing 52 weeks of employment in the role.

Additional Information
This is a term-time role paid through equated pay. Your salary, based on your contracted hours, working weeks and holiday entitlement, will be spread evenly across 12 months, meaning you receive consistent monthly payments throughout the year, including during school closure periods.
