Job summary

Sodexo Group is recruiting for a Mobile Food Service Assistant covering Oasis schools across Birmingham. The role pays £13.45 per hour, 20 hours per week, and runs Monday to Friday, 10:00am–2:00pm. It is term-time only, permanent, and part-time.

You will travel between sites to support catering teams, with a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle required. Full training provided; you will help with food prep, service, and maintaining clean kitchens and dining areas.

About the Role

As a Mobile Food Service Assistant, you’ll provide flexible catering support across a number of Oasis school sites in Birmingham.

You’ll assist with food preparation and service, help keep kitchens and dining areas clean and organised, and support the wider catering teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

The role will involve working at different locations, so flexibility, reliability and the ability to adapt quickly to different teams and environments are essential.

Additional Information

Term Time Only – Equated Pay

This role works XX weeks per year. Your salary will be paid in equal monthly instalments across 12 months, meaning you receive consistent pay throughout the year, including during school closure periods.
