GAP Group Limited is seeking a skilled Mobile Fitter to service and repair a fleet of diggers, dumpers and hand tools. Based from a home depot, you will work on depots and customer sites to ensure equipment is safe and ready for use.

You will diagnose faults, perform servicing and tests, maintain records and uphold health and safety standards while working independently or with depot teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a plant mechanic/fitter with a relevant qualification or time-served background.

Responsabilités

• Servicing and maintaining a wide range of plant and tool equipment within the GAP fleet.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently, both in depots and on customer sites.
• Completing servicing, inspections, and repairs to maintain high safety and reliability standards.
• Updating service records, tagging equipment, and completing test certificates.
