Focal Systems is expanding its field service team in Norwich, UK, offering a casual zero-hours contract. The role requires maintaining store installations and responding to service calls across customer sites, with a focus on quality and KPIs.

You will travel to sites, operate power tools, and join a team dedicated to reliable, timely maintenance. Candidates should have field service experience, strong troubleshooting ability, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Casual, zero-hours contract arrangement.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Travel to customer sites and on road work involved.

Responsibilities

• Onsite and offsite maintenance of camera hardware; diagnose issues, install, replace and configure per standards.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues.
• Respond promptly to service calls and ensure customer SLAs are met.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and time spent using company tools.
• Onboarding/scanning products into the system.
• Attend installations at various clients during night hours as required.
• Install Focal Systems product onto shelves, ceilings, and other equipment per plans.
• Operate power tools safely to complete installations.
• Adhere to safety protocols to minimize risks during visits and installations.
• Work with team to ensure timely completion of installations.
• Maintain attention to detail to meet quality standards.
• Meet or exceed speed and quality KPIs.
• Communicate progress and issues to supervisors and team.
• Adhere to company policies at all times.
