Job summary

Recruitment Helpline is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer for mobile welfare units. You will attend customer sites, diagnose faults in generators, electrical systems and plumbing, and perform repairs to restore full operation.

The role is van-based, field-facing and requires independent work across regional sites. Ideal candidates have multi-skilled field service experience, diesel engine fault-finding, and the ability to read telemetry data remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-skilled field service / mobile/mechanic background.
• Diesel engine fault-finding and servicing (small industrial engines).
• 12V/24V DC electrical fault-finding and wiring.
• Confident reading fault data / telemetry from remote diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Attend, diagnose and repair mobile welfare cabins in the field and restore systems to full working order.
• Work from a company van; cover breakdowns and warranty/service across sites; remote triage as needed.
