RECRUITMENT HELPLINE is looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer specializing in Mobile Welfare Units based in Dundee. In this role, you will diagnose and repair mobile welfare cabins, ensuring systems like power, heating, and water function correctly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field service roles related to welfare units and generators.
• Competence in diagnosing and servicing diesel engines.
• Ability to work unsupervised with a strong problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mobile welfare cabins in the field.
• Maintain generators, power, heating, water, and waste systems.
• Communicate effectively with customers on-site.

Skills

Multi-skilled field service / plant / mobile-mechanic background

Diesel engine fault-finding

12V / 24V DC electrical competence

Reading fault data / telemetry

Plumbing / water-system repair skills

Customer-facing manner

Education
