Job summary

Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover Bicester and surrounding areas. The role focuses on planned and reactive maintenance on commercial sites with a local patch, offering career progression and job stability.

You will service HVAC systems, carry out electrical and mechanical fault finding, and ensure building fabric and plumbing tasks are completed to high standards. Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Air Conditioning (City & Guilds/NVQ).
• Commercial building services maintenance experience required.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
• Service and maintain HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF, pumps, motors).
• Complete general plumbing works (TMV servicing, taps, pipework).
• Conduct emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
• Carry out basic water hygiene and L8 compliance tasks.
• Undertake general building fabric repairs and maintenance.
• Accurately complete job sheets and maintenance documentation.

Key Responsibilities
