Job summary

Pareto Facilities Management Ltd is seeking an experienced Mobile Engineer (PPM) to travel between client sites across Birmingham and surrounding areas, performing planned preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems and handling reactive maintenance when needed.

The role requires strong fault-finding skills, CAFM experience, and a valid UK driving licence. You will also be responsible for maintaining records, adhering to RAMS, and liaising with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in PPM or building maintenance.
• Knowledge of M&E and/or HVAC systems.
• City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2/3, or equivalent engineering qualification.
• Good fault-finding skills.
• Experience using CAFM or mobile maintenance systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites.

As a Mobile Engineer (PPM), you'll travel between client sites across Birmingham and the surrounding areas, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on building services. You'll also respond to reactive maintenance issues when needed, ensuring client buildings remain safe, compliant, and operational.
