Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to perform planned and reactive commercial maintenance on a contract across Bristol and Cardiff. You will work on building services in commercial properties, ensuring electrical systems are safe and compliant, and respond to faults with a proactive approach.

The role offers a basic salary up to £42,000, Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30, and a £120 standby allowance on a 1 in 4 callout.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications and experience in building services maintenance.
• Experience in commercial building maintenance and fault-finding.
• Ability to work with clients and site staff in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on commercial contracts.
• Perform lighting and electrical fault-finding tasks with accuracy.

Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Buildings – Bristol & Cardiff – Up to £42,000 + Package

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance on a commercial contract across Bristol and Cardiff.

The successful candidate will have an understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This engineer will be working across a nice local patch in Bristol and Cardiff. This position would be ideal for an Electrical Mobile Engineer currently in a similar position. In return, the company are offering a salary of up to £42,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• - Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
• - Emergency lighting tests
• - BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• - Maintain and update Log books
• - Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
• - Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
• - Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
• - Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
• - Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
• - Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.
