Job summary

Lancer Scott, based in Bristol, is seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to cover North West London and surrounding postcodes. You will perform reactive repairs, routine maintenance, and minor project works to high standards, while ensuring safety and quality through robust documentation.

The role requires City & Guilds Electrician qualification or Building Services equivalent and 18th Edition IEE regulations.

Qualifications

Building services knowledge and multi-skilled capability.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Good organisational skills and positive outlook.
Comfortable using PDA to access CAFM system and emails.
Flexible approach to work requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform reactive repairs and maintenance across NW London postcodes and surrounding areas.
Ensure compliance with safe systems of work, risk assessments and company safety policy.
Maintain accurate records of works and any recommendations.
Carry out planned and reactive repairs to meet SLA timelines.
Undertake minor new works and project installations.
Be proactive and customer-focused in service delivery.
Adhere to Lancer Scott FM procedures and CAFM system.
